Honest and reliable

This place is the best!!!

I have been taking both my cars to Jeff’s for over 25 years. My tire light had recently come on. It had been coming on more frequently. I also broke a bolt trying to change my license plate. I was leaving on a five hour trip so I took the car in and requested all the tires be checked and my license plate be replaced with the new plate. I was charged over $200 for a new bolt and air in my tires. The license plate was never replaced. Only the new bolt was put in . Twenty five minutes into my five hour trip my tire light came on, halfway through my trip the check system warning message came on indicating a malfunction in the tire pressure warning system. Needless to say it was a holiday weekend and I had a very difficult time finding a garage that was open and could take my car. I wound up paying $1000 to have four faulty tire pressure sensors replaced, including the spare. I am beyond frustrated with this situation and feel it should have been found while it was at Jeff’s.

I am so impressed with the service I received! I was visiting from out of state and found my car in need of immediate attention. They were professional, efficient and solved my problem. A huge help during a stressful situation. Thank you so very much! I really appreciate the amazing service.

Extremely poor communication and lack of professionalism. I chose this shop based on its positive Google reviews to get my car's brake light fixed on Saturday, August 22. They took all my details and promised a quote. After hearing nothing, I called back that afternoon and was told I’d have a quote in 30 minutes. Nothing. I followed up on Monday, August 24, and was promised a quote within a couple of hours. Again, zero response. I gave them one last chance on Wednesday, August 26, but received yet another broken promise and no callback. It has been two weeks, and I still haven't heard from them. Save your time and find a shop that respects its customers—even going to a dealership is better because you actually get fair treatment.
