I had to get the car in for tires, inspection and oil change and Brett did his usual best to keep me informed, let me know all my options (even offered to let me keep my old tires to save money) and got the car done and me back on the road ASAP...THANKS!!!

When I last stopped in it was late in the day and Brett kindly took a few minutes to answer my questions,schedule my appt.,and even stepped outside to hear the mystery noise which my car of course didn't replicate in the shop :-) So after picking up my bucket of bolts and driving home much to my surprise the noise was gone (for good I hope).. how'd you do that??? thanks guys your talents are always appreciated! It was a BUSY Saturday...they got me in (late, due to my schedule) and when I was afraid I could not make it back to pick the car up... Brett told me that he'd leave the key and I could come pay the following week. Very good guys. It's been a LONG time since I've used Jeff's but now that I'm back in the area I will continue to do so. OH, they also mailedme $10 worth of coupons and so it's cheaper there than anywhere else(!). Score.
