I brought my vehicle in for an intermittent stalling issue. The shop pulled codes but did not identify or confirm a root cause. No extended road test or live data testing was performed to reproduce the failure. I was told additional diagnostic testing would cost $179 per hour. I was also quoted over $2,000 to replace spark plugs and ignition coils. According to their invoice, parts alone were quoted at about $1,500. I contacted a parts store directly and was quoted roughly $400 for the same plugs and coils. After declining the work and picking up the vehicle, it stalled again, confirming the issue was not resolved. The recommendations were based on speculation rather than confirmed diagnosis. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop for complex diagnostic or electrical issues.

Great customer service, good technical skills. Prices are much higher than other shops in the area. If you are looking for the added amenities, it's worth the price tag, but if you're on a budget, I recommend looking else where.

My appointment was wait for my car by the oil getting changed drop off the keys so its going for a walk. Did my couple miles go back at the building up at the door and the car keys and it was a great service once again no problems.

I have been taking my car(s) to them for many years now. They take the time to explain procedures and make recommendations on what needs attention so you can prioritize and budget what needs to get done. They keep their shop clean and organize which I feel is an extension of how they do their work in general.

1st visit for inspection after another local garage charged $35 for a license plate bulb and install on a different vehicle. Gave me a list of manufacturers recommended services ( didn’t push any ) and also provided a AAA member discount on my inspection . Already scheduled a transmission flush for my vehicle and will definitely be using Jeff’s for any future work that me be needed.
