I dealt with James and John, both were very up front and willing to go above and beyond to help me out. John especially, he's the man. If they can't solve your problem they'll at least point you in the right direction, and not everyone will go that far.

I was looking around for different shops and I ran into Jeff’s online and not only were they able to help me same day they loaned me a car so I could still run my errands while they worked on my car, at no extra charge!!
