I have been using Jeff's automotive for nearly 15 years. They have provided excellent service for my vehicles. I was able to log 325,000 miles on my pickup truck maintained by Jeff's and over 150,000 miles on each of 4 honda's also maintained by Jeff's. They have always been consistent, exceptionally courteous and friendly. Brett has been my go to service rep for all of my vehicle issues and I could ask for no better. They have always provided advance estimates for the cost of repair and been within those estimate parameters. I have never had an issue with any repair made and thus have had exceptional confidence in their work which, considering the amount of mileage I log, is exceptionally important to me. I have recommended Jeff's to friends and family and will continue to recommend to those who want reliable service and no BS estimates.

The service I experienced at Jeff's Automative was of the utmost, positive exeptional, car service in the Lehigh Valley! The technicians were well qualified to service my vehicle or to do repairs. I usually wait for my car to be repaired and am always given an estimate wait time. If they find a problem, they will escort me to the service bay, tell me what was found, what the repairs will cost, and how much longer it will take. If the wait is too long, courtesy service to my house is offered. To me, that's personal service! Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable! Recommended by AAA as well!
