I needed my car inspected during this Pandemic. I took it to Jeff’s, where they had a “no contact” drop off. I was able to fill out a form outside and put my key in the drop box. They called to update me on my car and what they were doing, then again when it was ready. When I picked it up, they had wiped down the whole inside. The staff there has always been so friendly and easy to deal with and this just added to my appreciation to this business.

Highly recommend them. Due to the corona virus I literally had a no contact repair ,since AAA wouldn't let me ride along. Told them the trouble I was having when my car was towed in Saturday and by Monday night my car was finished. They were fast and affordable. I will definitely be returning for future repairs.

Even in a pandemic, Jeff's is just as thorough and professional as always! I had a strange issue happening with my battery dying every couple of days (even though it tested fine), and they were able to pinpoint the issue. They always keep me updated on their progress and I know I'm in good hands there every time. I trust them, plain and simple. It's a truly genuine group of guys.

I've been a customer with Jeff's for a couple of years with my 3 cars - mine, my wife's and my son's. Last week I called to schedule an appt because the check engine light came on, and the guy on the line said it would cost about $150 just to hook-up the car to the diagnostic-computer but I will only pay the fee if I decide not to do the job there, if I did the repairs they would waive the $150 fee - so I said ok. The next day when they called me with the diagnostic and the amount it would cost for the repairs, I noticed they've added the $150 to the repairs. Told them that was not what we agreed on the phone, after going back and forth on this and even talking with a guy who claimed to be a general manager the issue was not resolved to my satisfaction. Told him they would be losing 3 customers to which he didn't seem to care. Tell them to put it in writing.

After a call from you, we played the phone recording to make sure the general manager didn’t make a mistake, as that manager is no longer employed here.
