I brought my car to Jeff's for an inspection. Typically I have taken it to the dealer since they offer loaners. My wife didn't need to drive anywhere for a few days so figured we would be fine with one car. So I took it to Jeff's because it is closer to my house. The "cable" that holds the gas cap to the car when it is unscrewed has been broken for almost 3 years now. I never cared enough to fix it and the dealership apparently didn't either. I went to get gas for the first time since having the car inspected and the gas cap was surprisingly re-attached. Thanks to Jeff's for being attentive enough to see an issue and fix it. I wasn't charged or even told about the minor repair, but it made a world of difference. You may have spent $0.25 on the part, but you gained a new customer! I'll be sure to be back for future repairs and inspections.
