Great first impression! I was greeted upon entering the customer service area. Brett and other employee were very friendly, polite and very professional. The shop was very clean. Contacted me with and update and also suggested a couple things that should have been noticed in previous services at other garages. Vehicle was ready at time promised. Went over everything done. Assisted with setting up rewards.

Not only did the staff keep me updated on my vehicle every step of the way, but also, they took me onto the floor to show me what the problem with my vehicle was. I can honestly say that I've never been to a shop that phsically showed me what was wrong with my vehicle, but Jeff's is not like every other shop.

Best place to take your car. The staff is professional and the mechanics do their job right! I've been taking my cars here for years. They don't pressure you into repairs and they don't do work unless you authorize it to be done. But they will tell you when there's a problem and give you a fair price.

The team at Jeff's has done a great job over the past 11+ years keeping my vehicles in top shape. Brett and the other managers have always been honest and willing to explain what needs to be done and answer any questions I may have.

Had my car inspection today. They were great such awesome customer service got told what was wrong with my car and it was fixed at a reasonable price so it would pass. I love how they called me every step of the way ! Definitely will make this my shop for any of my car needs. Highly recommend!

Great work and hospitality

My headlight went out while my husband was in Chicago for business, so I looked up a nearby Mechanic. Headed over to Jeff's with my almost two year old and they got my car in right away. They were very polite, timely, professional, and sweet to my daughter and me during our short time there. For a mechanic's waiting room- it's the cleanest, warmest (rainy, cold day), and most non-odiferous I've visited yet. They were very honest and priced fairly. If I need anything else done that my husband can't do- I'm definitely going back to Jeff's.
