I like the courtesy that I received when getting a quote and was explained with details the repairs needed in my car. I did not feel the pressure I get when taking my vehicle to the dealer.

I went in for the. 1st oil change for my "new to me" 2013 Toyota Rav4 . This is my 1st experience with synthetic oil and they shared much useful information. I also observed them treat an older client with a tire problem with respect and dignity as they tried many different options to find a tire replacement late on a Saturday afternoon . They went much further than the "second mile " to make sure he had a loaner car.
