This was my first time to Jeff's Automotive. I chose this garage based on the reviews I read online. I was able to make an appointment the next day. I was greeted by Brett and another employee as soon as I walked in. They were very polite and friendly. The garage was very clean. I was contacted by phone in a timely manner. Again, very polite and very professional. Suggestions were made regarding a couple items. Upon pickup, went over entire bill. Assisted with setting up rewards. Very impressed and would have them perform future work.

During this last visit they went far and above the time they charged me for to get the right diagnosis and they involved me in the process at every step. Would never hesitate to go to these folks. Brought my car into Jeff's without an appointment as the car was making a noise on my way home from work. They were able to look at the car the next day and called me with the repair lust needed to fix the problem.
