I realized on the 28th of the month that the inspections and emission tests were due on two of my vehicles. Brett was very accommodating and was able to get both vehicles done before the stickers were expired. This behavior is not unusual for the employees of Jeff's Automotive. I was in town traveling this past weekend and realized my inspection stickers were up. I called Jeff's Automotive later in the week and they said they could squeeze me in on Saturday. The service provided was exceptional from the customer service to the service on my car. The employees were very friendly and eager to help. I would recommend this automotive shop to family and friends.

I haven't had to use a auto repair business in many years as I always did my own repairs but thought it would be a good idea to find a good local business I and my wife could trust when needed. I decided to go to Jeff's Automotive when my Honda AC stopped working. They set an appointment and I dropped off the car. I got a complete detailed estimate later in the day and authorized repairs. Repairs were done the next day as promised and the AC works good again. The car was clean at pickup and all repairs were explained...Good Job!

Ray, Brett, and Ryan were available and attentive. Most of my interaction was with Ray. Ray suggested a set of tires I would not have considered. (Service was 4 tire replacement due to road debris damage.) After checking technical specs and reviews, I went with Ray's suggestion saving $$$ over the tire brand I was considering. Service done as promised and on time.
