Just moved to the area and had to bite the bullet and have someone change my oil for me for the first time in 11 years (I am adamant on changing my own oil). Of course I purchased my own oil and filter for them to use and scheduled just an oil change. Went in, everyone was friendly, had some good small talk while I waited, and when they finished I paid without having to listen to anyone trying to sell me a long list of unnecessary services. They even commented on how clean my car was, which I greatly appreciated ad I work hard to maintain a neat auto. I usually do all my auto maintenance myself, but would not hesitate to bring my car back to Jeff's if I had to. However, I'm still not happy about paying someone to change my oil.
