Just moved here from NJ and went with the recommendation of AAA as to where to have my vehicles inspected. Couldn't have been more satisfied. The customer service was excellent, the work immaculate and all done in the time frame which was estimated. They even caught those problems that you keep saying you have to have looked at but forget about when you just want to get the immediate issue taken care of. It is always easy to write a great review when everything goes well and as expected. However, life does not always go as we planned and sometimes life throws us a curve. Last Saturday I had a routine oil change and maintenance on my 2006 Escape. When I drove a couple of miles home, I realized when I parked in the driveway there was an odor of burnt rubber. I checked the oil which was OK and called Jeff's explaining the situation. Immediately someone was sent to my house to assess the problem which turned out to be a defective oil filter. The repair person explained that he would return to the garage, return with supplies to safely take my car back to the garage for a new filter and oil and also left me a loaner car. My car was returned in about 2hrs and everything was fine and my next oil change is free. I call this outstanding service for listening to me and taking my concerns seriously with quick response and appropriate action. ( sorry I don't remember everyone's names). My car was towed to Jeff's late thursday night. By 8:30 AM Friday, Ryan touched base with me, gave me the diagnosis, the cost and by supper time I had the car back home repaired, ensuring that I had the car for weekend use. Super fast repair without having made an appointment. Thanks guys.

Jeff's was quick to solve my flat tire. Late afternoon, had it repaired and back on the car before 6. It was great that they took the time to respond to my needs in the middle of a busy day.

The guys are honest with repairs. They are both timely and accurate with their estimates.
