All the technicians are polite and experienced, with appointments made around your schedule. They explain completely whatever issue needs to be addressed. Of course, they can't change your car problems, but they do explain what is most important, your options and costs. Since my car work needed 2 days I was offered a loaner car. They listen to your concerns, leaving the final choice to you.

As always, the guys at Jeff's delivered. My vehicle is at the 30,000 mile mark, and along with that, all the scheduled services that go with it. Dave and Brett broke up the services over a few oil changes so the payment was manageable for my budget. They are always courteous and informative of the work being done.
