Had to replace my tires, they picked out good tires for me---comfy ride!

Once again, I was welcomed by Brett without an appointment to replace the truck battery. While they had it, the technician, Jeff, noted a rattling sound in the front end. He put it up on the lift and discovered the passenger and driver side front brake calipers were loose. He corrected the problem and returned the vehicle to me WITHOUT ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGE! Find me a dealership who will go that extra mile FOR NO COST! I have been using Jeff's Automotive for nearly 16 years and this is precisely why. By the way, their excellent service helped me to get over 350,000 miles out of my 2000 Ford Ranger which is still running today.
