I find that the personal attention I receive from Brett and the entire staff at Jeff's is second to none in the Lehigh Valley. What they offer to their customers is ease in making an appointment, scheduling that appointment at the most convenient time for their customer, clearly understanding the purpose of the appointment, consulting their computer to see what is due and the past history of the vehicle, diagnosing and solving any problems - after consulting with the customer to explain their recommrndations and the costs involved - delivering the car with all the work completed,and explained, offering a " loaner" or transportation if needed, and all of this is done in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. All in a very clean atmosphere in both the waiting room and Bay Area.

I enjoy bring my old 04 Impala to Jeff,s The crew is always friendly and also makes me feel comfortable. Keeping my old car running was quite a job, taking it to cheaper repair shops. To find it wasn't cheaper, because they did inferior work. At Jeff's you get a good repair, and a heads up on what I should I pay attention for my next visit. I'm very happy with the service I receive at Jeff's. I plan to continue having my car serviced and repaired at Jeff's. THANKS GUYS GAREY

My first time at Jeff's Automotive and they definitely made a loyal customer out of me. They are knowledgeable and have a very nice team. They helped me out and tried hard to make sure I was leaving a happy customer. As I sat waiting for a little while I observed the way they spoke to their customers it amazed me, their honesty was like none I have seen or heard of.

They are always respectful and nice. They were able to fit me into their schedule. The guy at the front desk called to inform me of a problem, didn't push me to fix the problem just informed me about it. I ended up fixing the problem but I was never pushed or bullied to do so.
