I have been a customer of Jeff's Automotive for several years. I always deal with Brett and I would not go anywhere else. Brett is courteous, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A loaner car is available when it is needed. Yes, sometimes the cost is more than I realized but the work is done very well and Brett has always worked with me by letting me know what things need to be taken care of first and what things can wait a bit. But more importantly I feel safe and secure at Jeff's Automotive. My car is in excellent hands at Jeff's.

All of my experiences with Jeff's Automotive have been great. I put my complete trust in them. My husband did, too - and after he passed away I continued because they feel like family - I know they wouldn't try to scam me! Everyone is polite and friendly and very helpful - no matter what dumb questions I ask!

I have been to Jeffs Auto twice now. The service is very good and I was always kept well informed of my car and what was needed. I do recommend them to everyone. And they went to pick me up at my home to get my car when it was done. They are honest, not like these other places who rip you off.

I needed four tires for my light truck and Jeff's gave me many options and made me feel very good about my decision.

The benefit to this place is that you may know whats wrong with your car so that you can shop around to get a better price (if in fact a repair needed to be done). You get a free cup of organic coffee if you may; it is appointment only which I like but will get the spontaneous person done if they can. Overall good business operation. They are a bit expensive but at least service is guaranteed, and you will be covered if something goes wrong. Fortunately I got a kind upfront sales guy-thats a hit & miss nowadays within the same company. I will use in the future.

Jeff's Automotive is a friendly, honest garage. We have been taking our cars to Jeff's since about 2006. They have been accommodating to our needs and flexible with scheduling.

Great work at great prices. The staff kept me well informed of what they were doing. They gave my car a good going over, found a couple of bulbs out, brought it to my attention, and asked me if I wanted them replaced. There is no up selling or hard selling at this place. They took my vehicle for a test drive both before and after my service. I really appreciate their attention to detail, and they will most certainly have my business in the future.

Jeff's is the best. The people are always friendly and helpful and you will never be put on hold or voicemail. They are knowledgeable and do great work. If the repair is unusual or challenging, they will find the right way to do it for you.
