As is usual and customary, the staff and mechanics were very accommodating and took excellent care of my vehicle and me. They provided an inspection of a newly purchased used truck and identified numerous problems carrying substantial repair costs with a written report that allowed me to take the vehicle back to the dealer for repair. They also provided photographic evidence of problems which made the report undeniable by the dealership. All parts have no been ordered and repairs will be made by the dealer with no costs assumed by me. They understood the warranty time frame and took my vehicle in immediately, showing me all identified issues. Dave, the mechanic, is exceptionally thorough as are all the mechanics at Jeff's and Bret in customer service is probably ny absolute favorite at the counter. Shortly after the arctic blast, my windshield washer system froze up. I took the vehicle in and they took it in immediately, made effective and cost effective repairs. I strongly recommend Jeff's Automotive to anyone looking for accurate diagnosis, consultation before repair identifying costs and high quality and professional workmanship.

Great first impression! I was greeted upon entering the customer service area. Brett and other employee were very friendly, polite and very professional. The shop was very clean. Contacted me with and update and also suggested a couple things that should have been noticed in previous services at other garages. Vehicle was ready at time promised. Went over everything done. Not only did the staff keep me updated on my vehicle every step of the way, but also, they took me onto the floor to show me what the problem with my vehicle was. I can honestly say that I've never been to a shop that phsically showed me what was wrong with my vehicle, but Jeff's is not like every other shop.

Best place to take your car. The staff is professional and the mechanics do their job right! I've been taking my cars here for years. They don't pressure you into repairs and they don't do work unless you authorize it to be done. But they will tell you when there's a problem and give you a fair price.
