Had my car inspection today. They were great such awesome customer service got told what was wrong with my car and it was fixed at a reasonable price so it would pass. I love how they called me every step of the way ! Definitely will make this my shop for any of my car needs. Highly recommend!

Great work and hospitality

My headlight went out while my husband was in Chicago for business, so I looked up a nearby Mechanic. Headed over to Jeff's with my almost two year old and they got my car in right away. They were very polite, timely, professional, and sweet to my daughter and me during our short time there. For a mechanic's waiting room- it's the cleanest, warmest (rainy, cold day), and most non-odiferous I've visited yet. They were very honest and priced fairly. If I need anything else done that my husband can't do- I'm definitely going back to Jeff's.

Great service, friendly and completed the repair in a timely fashion.

I requested that my car be ready by 2PM and not only did Jeff's honor my request but had the car ready for pick up two hours earlier! Always, always get great servce and staff explains everything in detail and they are very friendly.

I have been using Jeff's Automotive for about 9 years and have always been extremely satisfied with their work as well as their courtesy toward their customers....they answer all your questions and make helpful suggestions. I had Jeff's inspect a car I was thinking about buying. Not only did they tell me what was wrong with the car, they showed me the problems and explained what I needed to tell the salesman regarding the three serious problems.....without the help from the technicians at Jeff's, I could have purchased a car with some very serious and expensive repairs.
