I had to go in for a car inspection and I was quickly acknowledged and attended to. I was kept up to date on the status and when additional issues came up I was provided with the information and prices up front before any additional work was performed. I received no pressure and at the end was provided a list of things to keep an eye out for. Unlike other shops, here I did not feel the 'pulling the wool over my eyes' feeling that seems to be common elsewhere. Left satisfied.
