This is a Very Trusted Establishment, Brett is great! He is always very honest with his recommendations and never pushy. He has serviced my moms vehicle for a long time and now myself along with my son. A+

I recently had another one of vehicles serviced at Jeff's and I, again, am very pleased with the service I got there. I scheduled my appointment quickly through the website here and I got the first choice of days I had wanted. The staff there kept me informed of the progress and made me aware of a few things that should be repaired / replaced to which I agreed to have them do. I felt the prices charged for the services received were well within reason and that is why I use Jeff's for my service needs. It is hard to find a shop that you can trust, and I definitely trust Jeff's Automotive.

Jeff’s was able to do my oil change immediately, so I had lunch next door while I waited. Perfect—killed two birds, so to speak.

2nd time to Jeff’s automotive and after being in the automotive field for over 40years I’m retired and trying to find an honest shop is hard! I got a certified used car from a dealer transitioned run flat tires to non run flat and Brett helped me get the tires and had some other drive issues and they did my alignment spot on so with new tires and great alignment I’m very pleased and the dealer told me that on some their new cars steering wheel is off center I’d return it but Brett showed be the alignment spec sheet and it was way out of what it should have been! I paid more at Jeff’s but got the job done correctly and to me that’s important! Thank you Brett and the guys in the shop! Satisfied customer

I chose Jeff’s Automotive because I received a free PA state inspection coupon from my AAA membership renewal. They broke not one, but two lug nut studs while removing the wheels for state inspection. They blamed the shop that last had the wheels off. The shop that last had the wheels off performed my 8,000-mile tire rotation about 500 miles ago. I have never had an issue from the “other shop” that had the wheels off. The “other shop” has performed numerous tire rotations without issue and has sold me tires for various cars over 20 years. I googled the average cost with parts and labor to remove and replace wheel lug studs and wheel lug nuts. Google gave me a price range depending on the car. Jeff’s charged me 23% more than the highest rate in Google's range.
