I had a very unpleasant experience with Jeff’s Automotive. I went in for a routine inspection, and I was told my brakes needed immediate repair and that my shocks were leaking. Concerned about the safety of my vehicle, I decided to get a second opinion and took my car to a Ford dealership just 30 minutes away. To my surprise, they told me that nothing was wrong with my car – the brakes were fine, and the shocks were perfectly intact. I feel like Jeff’s Automotive either misdiagnosed the problem or tried to upsell unnecessary services. I will not be returning, and I would not trust them with my car again. Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion before trusting them with any repairs.

Always good dudes at Jeffs knowledgeable friendly! Cant remember everyone but my go to guy usually Brett and Walter! James Chris and rest of crew seem to all work together! Very good vibe even when I first walked in the door since moving here 2 yrs ago. Keep both of my vehicles safe and running strong.

As a first time customer at Jeff's Automotive, I was having some issues with my Lincoln Town Car. The people at Jeff's went above and beyond to take care of my car and get me back on the road. As a person who travels a lot and quite often, I have had to get my vehicles serviced in many places throughout, but the respect and friendliness that I've received from the people at Jeff's as well as the service, as they went above to make sure my car would be back on the road, sets them in a class of their own.
