Jeffs took my car in fast and did honest work for a fair price. They did not try to upsell anything and got my car back to me the same day. Excellent service.

I had to check engine light stability, control, light, and a flashing cruise control light. This was all on my Subaru cross trek. . I went to one garage. They told me to go to Subaru. Never even hooked it up on a machine. Went to another garage they replaced e vap valve. Or something like that told him to change my spark plugs thinking they did a great job and I’ll spend a little more money there.$800 later still had the issue of the lights ! I returned it. Got it back with no lights came back on immediately! I went to Jeffs Automotive finally got the problem fixed. Done write the first time. Highly recommend. Don’t waste your money on garages that are just guessing. Years ago, I also had a transmission replaced there. Never had any problems with the work done to this day. True professionals.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Jeff’s Automotive. I went in for a routine inspection, and I was told my brakes needed immediate repair and that my shocks were leaking. Concerned about the safety of my vehicle, I decided to get a second opinion and took my car to a Ford dealership just 30 minutes away. To my surprise, they told me that nothing was wrong with my car – the brakes were fine, and the shocks were perfectly intact. I feel like Jeff’s Automotive either misdiagnosed the problem or tried to upsell unnecessary services. I will not be returning, and I would not trust them with my car again. Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion before trusting them with any repairs.
