I choice Jeff's Automotive because I received a free PA state inspection coupon from my AAA membership renewal. They broke not one but two lug nut studs trying to remove the wheels. One was from the front drivers side wheel and the other from the rear drivers side wheel. They blaimed the shop that last had the wheels off the car. The shop that last had the wheels off car performed my 8,000 mile tire rotation that happened about 500 miles ago. I have never had an issue from the other shop that last had the wheels off. The other shop has performed numerous tire rotations without issue and has sold me tires for over 20 years. I googled the average cost to remove and replace wheel lug studs and wheel lug nuts. Jeff's charged me 23% more then they highest rate of the Google stated average cost range.

The staff there is very professional and informative with what needs to be done as far as repairs. The staff keep in touch with progress of repairs. Their prices are fair, and I am confident that the repairs are done correctly. There is a convenient drop off box so that you can leave your car there after hours. Their location is very convenient to where I live, and they are backed by AAA. I am very happy with the services that I have received over the years that I have worked with them, and I do recommend their shop whenever I can.

It's easy to schedule at Jeff's because I know I'll get a knowledgeable person on the phone when I call, not an AI bot telling me to press a series of numbers.
