Auto Repair in Easton

I've taken both of my Lexuses to Jeff's Automotive over the past 5 years for a variety of reasons, new battery, inspection, emissions, wheel alignment, bulb replacements, rear differential and transfer case fluid replacement, replace rear shocks, and new tires (with my new tires, Jeff's offers free lifetime rotation and balance). The Service Advisors do a good job of keeping you posted on what needs to be done to your car, what they recommend you do and when your car will be ready and the costs. I usually take my Lexuses to the dealership for their regular maintenance, but the dealership is far from my house and Jeff's is close, so I'll bring my cars here for other repairs. Their prices are reasonable and they are definitely, by far, cheaper than the Lexus dealership in Allentown. Plus, they are a AAA recommended shop and they offer AAA discounts: 10% off of labor (up to $75 max) and sometimes parts (but it can't be combined with other offers). Overall, the quality of work is excellent and the prices are reasonable. Id recommend them. -Steve Martini

Excellent service as always! Even with the issue being way more severe than I had anticipated, the team was incredibly transparent about everything, from a detailed description of the problems they found, to the timeline for parts and repairs, and the final cost. They were able to lend me a courtesy vehicle for the entire time my car was in the shop, which made things much less stressful. I will always recommend this shop - they've been a gift for years!

Never had a problem they havent been able to fix

The staff and technicians at Jeff's automotive have been taking care of my families cars for over 15 years! From the get go you're treated as family. You can't beat the part and labor warranty, service received , loaner car available, convenience is unparalleled . Chris, Zane, James and Brett are at the top of there field. Do yourself and your family a favor and go to Jeff's.

Always professional work done

I've been bringing 4 family vehicles to Jeff's for inspections, routine maintenance and operational issues for years. Their team has always been honest and sincere in both before and post service discussions. Never had an issue afterwards. I've utilized the online scheduling, discounts and coupons as well as just stopping in to discuss options. I also appreciate their community commitment to charitable causes.

I don't usually give 5 stars reviews. Nobody's perfect. Jeff's is the exception. i have been going there for over 20 years and have never been disappointed . I highly recommend Jeff's for any of your automotive needs.
